Hotel reservation is open

• We encourage you to book as early as possible for a wider choice of hotels.

• For any question or group booking, please contact: hotel@ifla2025.com. 

• K.I.T. Group France has been appointed as the official housing agent for the IFLA Congress which will be held in Nantes from 10 to 12 of September 2025.

• We have secured a number of hotel rooms at various hotels with negotiated rates.

• To book your accommodation, please select your preferred dates and sort the list by category.

• Rooms in different hotels  shall be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis so remember to secure your room on time.

Hotel list:

• Rates include breakfast, local city taxes and VAT.

• Hotels have been classified according to eco-responsible criteria.

Deposit, cancellation and changes

All changes and cancellations must be sent in writing to K.I.T. Group France hotel@ifla2025.com. 

Please note that hotels will not accept any changes or cancellations directly 

• Free cancellation before July 25th

• For cancellations received from July 26th and August 10th, 50% refund.

• For cancellations received from August 11th, no refund. You will be charged the full amount of your stay.

No exceptions will be made. For a reduced length of stay or in the case of "no-show", no refunds will be made. The entire number of nights booked via the hotel booking portal and confirmed by K.I.T. Group France will be charged.
