Prohibited Behaviors

• Refrain from any degrading, discriminatory, or harassing conduct, including but not limited to:

  • Unauthorized photography or recording

  • Creation or distribution of discriminatory content

  • Sexual or discriminatory comments, images, or jokes

  • Unwanted physical contact or advances

  • Intimidation or threats

  • Stalking or persistent unwanted attention

  • Verbal or physical violence

  • Offensive remarks related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, ethnicity, religion, or any other protected characteristic

Reporting and Responsibility

• Promptly report any violations, dangerous situations, or persons in distress to event organizers.

• Intervene safely if possible to support those in need.

Enforcement

• Violations may result in penalties, including warnings or expulsion without refund.

• Warned individuals must immediately cease the offending behavior, regardless of intent.

• Organizers reserve the right to involve law enforcement for illegal activities.

Proactive Approach

• When in doubt about behavior, consult an organizer – prevention is crucial.

• Contribute to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all attendees.
