AIPH Workshops
The AIPH World Green City Awards 2026 Workshops will take place on 29 October 2026, alongside the 62nd International Federation of Landscape Architects (IFLA) World and Asia-Pacific Regional Congress 2026. Registration of IFLA World Congress is required to participate in relevant workshops / sessions.
For the avoidance of doubt, The AIPH World Green City Awards 2026 Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony will be registered separately. IFLA World Congress registration is not a pre-requisite for participating in the Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony.
AIPH workshops provide the opportunity for participants and speakers to connect directly around the most pressing challenges and exciting opportunities for urban greening. Using the AIPH World Green City Award Finalists as case studies, participants will discuss and leave with directly applicable ideas and inspiration to improve urban greening in their own contexts. Representatives of Finalist cities will serve as lead contributors, while the interactive style of the workshops is designed to pull out the collective intelligence and experience of all participants ensuring maximum opportunity for learning.
AIPH World Green City Awards 2026 Workshops are a great place to connect directly with like-minded individuals and gain actionable insights. The AIPH workshops can be attended as a series or as individual events. Each workshop will focus on different Finalist cities, offering a diversity of insight.
AIPH World Green City Awards

The AIPH World Green City Awards are the only global awards programme dedicated specifically to recognising plant-centred urban leadership.
